Automotive brake hoses (often called brake tubes) are components used in automotive brake systems. Its main function is to transfer the brake medium to the brake of the car to ensure that the braking force is transmitted to the brake shoe or brake caliper of the car. The braking force is generated so that the brake is always effective.
Brake tube In addition to the pipe joints, the brake system is also used to transmit or store flexible delivery pipes for hydraulic, pneumatic or vacuum forces applied to the vehicle brakes.
A protection device connected to the outside of the hose to improve the scratch resistance or impact resistance of the hose.
Brake hose assembly This is a brake hose with accessories. The brake hose can be jacketed or pulled out.
Free length brake pipe In addition to the pipe joints, the brake system is also used to transmit or store flexible conveying pipes for hydraulic, pneumatic, or vacuum forces applied to vehicle brakes.
A protection device connected to the outside of the hose to improve the scratch resistance or impact resistance of the hose.
Brake hose assembly This is a brake hose with accessories. The brake hose can be jacketed or pulled out.
The straight length of the exposed length of the free length hose between the two fittings on the hose assembly.
Assemble pipe joints by crimping or cold extrusion, or replace damaged bushes and ferrules for each refill assembly.
Burst causes the brake hose to detach or leak from the joint.
Vacuum tube joint
Refers to the flexible vacuum transmission catheter:
A) In the braking system is the connector between the metal pipes;
B) No pipe joints are needed for installation;
C) During assembly, the unsupported length is less than the total length of the part containing the metal pipe.
