The performance difference of the control cable:
The control cable has the characteristics of moisture-proof, anti-corrosion and damage-proof, and can be laid in tunnels or cable trenches. Power cables are used in the main line of the power system to transmit and distribute high-power electrical energy. The control cable directly transmits electrical energy from the power distribution point of the power system to the power connection lines of various electrical equipment and appliances. The rated voltage of the power cable is generally 0.6/1kV and above, and the control cable is mainly 450/750V. When power cables and control cables of the same specification are produced, the edge and sheath thickness of the power cables are thicker than those of the control cables.
(1) Control cables are cables for electrical equipment, and power cables are two of the five categories of cables.
(2) The standard of control cable is 9330, and the standard of power cable is GB12706.
(3) The color of the core of the control cable is generally black and white, and the low voltage of the power cable is generally color-separated.
(4) The cross section of control cables generally does not exceed 10 square meters, and power cables are mainly used for power transmission, and generally have large cross sections.
